📝 摘要
Chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) refers to precapillary pulmonary hypertension. Its diagnosis is rising since the pathophysiology is better understood and screening is more rigorous. In patients after acute pulmonary embolism with ongoing/new dyspnea or exercise intolerance, additional assessment is recommended to search for chronic thromboembolic pulmonary disease or CTEPH. After the probability of pulmonary hypertension is estimated echocardiographically and based on the clinical presentation/risk factors, extended assessment should be performed. Right heart catheterization is needed to confirm CTEPH. If CTEPH is confirmed, treatment should be evaluated by a multidisciplinary team in a center specialized in CTEPH.
