Although transcatheter mitral valve-in-valve replacement (mViV) is safe, long-term outcomes compared with reoperative surgical mitral valve replacement (rSMVR) remains unknown. This study compared long-term outcomes between mViV and rSMVR in patients with failing mitral bioprostheses.
