Evidence linking arrhythmias to dementia predominantly focuses on atrial fibrillation/flutter (AF), leaving non-AF subtypes under-researched. This study investigated associations of multiple incident and accumulated arrhythmia exposures with dementia and brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to address these gaps.
