Through a brief review of early meridian theories and their historical development, it is deemed that anatomical evidence played a pivotal role in the formation and evolution of the theory of meridian system. Based on the developmental trajectory of meridians and integrated with modern biological evidence, the authors propose that both the nerves and blood vessels are the core components of the meridian system. In the context of the contemporary era, clarifying and emphasizing the core component of the meridian system holds significant guiding significance for explaining and expressing meridian phenomena using modern scientific language, as well as constructing an open and self-consistent modern acupuncture knowledge system. 本文通过对早期经脉发展史的简要梳理，认为实证解剖在经络体系建构与演变中发挥了重要作用。基于经络发展轨迹，结合现代生物学证据，提出经络系统的解剖主体是神经、血管。在当今时代背景下，明确并强调经络系统的主体，对于用现代科学语言解释和表达经络现象，构建开放、自洽的现代针灸知识体系具有重要的指导意义。.
