[The biological role of neuroinflammation in the pathogenesis of mental disorders associated with pulmonary hypertension].

The article presents a narrative review of the recent scientific literature regarding mental disorders in patients diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension (PH). Psychosomatic disorders were considered, first of all, anxiety, depressive, potentially related to the systemic immune-inflammatory process of the underlying disease. Empirical evidence for the high prevalence of these disorders across various forms of PH is discussed, along with an exploration of the biological mechanisms underlying their onset. The findings underscore the necessity for a comprehensive multimodal approach to both diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders in individuals with PH. This approach should incorporate psychopharmacotherapy and the management of neuroinflammatory processes to enhance overall quality of life. В статье представлен нарративный обзор данных научной литературы последних лет, посвященных проблеме психических расстройств при легочной гипертензии (ЛГ). Рассматривались психосоматические расстройства, в первую очередь, тревожные, депрессивные, потенциально связанные с системным иммуновоспалительным процессом основного заболевания. Рассматриваются данные о высокой распространенности таких нарушений при различных типах ЛГ, а также биологические механизмы, способствующие их развитию. Представленные данные обосновывают необходимость комплексного мультимодального подхода в диагностике и лечении психических расстройств у пациентов с ЛГ, включая психофармакотерапию и контроль нейровоспалительных процессов для улучшения качества жизни.
